15. Dispute Resolution
In the event of any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Services:

  • If the dispute cannot be resolved informally, it shall be submitted to binding arbitration conducted under the rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA).

  • Arbitration proceedings shall take place in Eau Claire, Wisconsin, and the decision of the arbitrator shall be final and binding on all parties.

Notwithstanding the above, either party may seek injunctive or equitable relief in a court of competent jurisdiction to protect their intellectual property rights or confidential information.

16. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify, update, or replace these Terms at any time, at our sole discretion. Any changes will become effective immediately upon posting to our Website.

  • It is your responsibility to review the Terms periodically.

  • Continued use of the Services following the posting of any changes constitutes your acceptance of those changes.

17. Miscellaneous

17.1 Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed severable from these Terms and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions.

These Terms, along with our Privacy Policy and any other legal notices published by LY STORES LLC, constitute the entire agreement between you and LY STORES LLC concerning the Services and supersede any prior agreements or understandings.

17.3 Waiver
The failure of LY STORES LLC to enforce any provision or right under these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such provision or right. Any waiver or failure to enforce provisions in one instance shall not constitute a waiver for future instances.

We shall not be held liable for any failure or delay in performance due to causes beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, government actions, war, labor disputes, or internet service interruptions.
