Billing Terms and Conditions

Effective Date: April 26th, 2025

1. Introduction

These Billing Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the payment obligations and processes between LY STORES LLC ("Company", "we", "us", or "our") and you ("Customer", "you", or "your"). By accessing or using our services and purchasing our products, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Payment Terms

2.1 Pricing

  • Prices: All prices for products and services are listed in US Dollars (USD) and may change without prior notice.

  • Taxes and Fees: Prices do not include applicable taxes, duties, or other charges unless explicitly stated.

2.2 Payment Methods

We accept the following payment methods:

  • Credit and Debit Cards: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Diners Club

  • PayPal

  • Apple Pay

  • Google Pay

  • Shop Pay

2.3 Payment Due Date

  • One-Time Purchases: Payment is due immediately upon order placement.

3. Invoicing

  • Invoice Issuance: Invoices are generated upon order completion.

  • Delivery Method: Invoices will be sent electronically via email to the contact details you provide.

  • Customer Responsibility: You are responsible for ensuring that your billing and contact information is accurate and up-to-date.

4. Late Payments

4.1 Interest on Late Payments

  • A late payment interest charge of 1.5% per month, or the highest rate permitted by law, will apply on overdue balances.

4.2 Suspension of Services

  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services if payment is not received within 7 days past due.

  • Services will be reinstated only after full payment, including any late fees, is received.

5. Disputed Charges

  • Notify us in writing of any disputed charges within 14 days of the invoice date.

  • Send disputes to Support@MobileDrifter.com including invoice number and dispute details.

  • We will investigate and resolve disputes promptly.

6. Refunds and Credits

  • Refunds and credits follow our [Refund & Returns Policy].

  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 14 business days.

7. Taxes

  • You are responsible for any applicable taxes including sales tax, VAT, GST, or similar charges.

  • Tax-exempt customers must provide a valid exemption certificate at purchase time.

8. Billing Errors

  • We will promptly correct any billing errors discovered.

  • Overcharges will be refunded or credited.

  • Undercharges will be invoiced for the outstanding balance.

9. Subscription and Recurring Payments

9.1 Automatic Renewal

  • Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled as outlined in our [Cancellation Policy].

  • We may send reminder emails before renewal dates.

9.2 Cancellation

  • Cancel by providing written notice at least 30 days before the current billing cycle ends.

  • Access continues until the end of the paid period.

10. Payment Security

  • All payment data is securely handled following industry standards.

  • Payments are processed through Shopify Payments; we do not store your card details.

  • SSL encryption protects your information during transactions.

11. Changes to Billing Terms

  • We may update these Terms at any time by posting the revised version on MobileDrifter.com.

  • Continued use after updates indicates acceptance of changes.

12. Limitation of Liability

  • LY STORES LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages related to these Terms.

  • Our total liability is limited to the amount paid by you in the 6 months before any claim.

13. Governing Law

  • These Terms are governed by Wisconsin law, without regard to conflicts of law.

  • Legal actions must be brought exclusively in Wisconsin courts.

15. Entire Agreement
